First Archie Appearance in Comics

Archie looked like quite a dork when he originally appeared in the comics, didn't he. Here's the first issue in the Pep Comics back in 1941. It's comical and you can see how Archie and Friends would go on to become so popular as new characters were added and the characters were updated.
